I always do this stupid thing where I plan several high concept releases ahead and then do none of them. One of my ideas was to do a really traditional rock 'n' roll record and this would've been one of the tracks on it.

The original idea for this whole album was to have it gradually get darker and this was going to be the second track (when it was still super light). The jam at the end was supposed to be a kinda mirror to the darker jam at the end of Gaolgallen. In the end I didn't make it gradually darker because it meant clumping together songs with the same vibe and my mate Ben suggested that Goalgallen should be early in the album.
