This was a song that I originally wrote from End of the World House Band (more on that by the end of the year). My friend Tom wrote this brilliant piece of jazzy music and I had the chords from one bit looping in my brain when I came up with the melody so, with his permission, I nicked it.

Couple of fun things: the drums are two snares and a tom mic'd up and played really loosely. I wanted to keep it super sketchy as if a zombie were just hitting things rather than keep going to get tight takes. Like honestly.

I wasn't happy with my take on the middle 8 vocal, it wasn't theatrical enough, so I asked Matt Tustin who is a singer, a voice over artist and a live horror actor. That's 3 massive ticks for a great performance, and he didn't disappoint. I love what he did.

I put out a request for gang vocalists and had some responses. They all sounded great and I'm really happy with the layered chanting Sail, Vicky, James and Zoe did. Thank you you lot!

The guitar solo was recorded through a toy amp that I got for £10. Its far too fuzzy to be used for rhythm bits but I quite like how it sounds on lead parts.

The organ is little manual thing I picked up. It's actually like 1/4 tone sharp so I had to edit it closer in tune.
